Sell through two channels from one system. B2B sales come through your partner agents, with commission calculated on every booking and paid out from a clear balance. B2C sales come from travellers on your website, with customer portal accounts or guest checkout. Every booking from either side lands in the same booking list.
TravelSuite ERP brings B2B and B2C travel sales into one system. Partner agents sell your hotels, tours, visas and Hajj & Umrah packages, and travellers book directly on your agency website. Both channels create ordinary bookings in the same booking list, so operations, invoicing and accounts handle an agent sale exactly like a direct one, with no second system to reconcile.
The Agent Management workspace keeps every external sales partner in one list with their type, contact details, commission rule, bookings, sales and available balance. When your team creates a booking in any active travel module and selects an agent, the sale is attributed to that agent and the commission is calculated, so you always know which partner brought which customer.
Set a default agent commission as a percentage or a fixed amount per booking, and override it for any agent. Commission becomes available for payout when the booking is completed, or when it is confirmed if you prefer. Completed is safer because cancelled bookings never reach the balance. Commissions & Payouts shows earned, paid and available amounts for every agent.
On the B2C side, customer portal settings control how travellers join your website. Allow open registration, require email verification or phone verification by OTP, hold new accounts for administrator approval, or let customers book as guests. Agent Performance ranks partners by bookings, sales and commission earned, so you can see which agents and channels grow the business.

B2B bookings are sales made through your partner agents, with commission tracked per booking. B2C bookings come directly from travellers on your website. Both appear in the same booking list and follow the same workflow.
When your team creates a hotel, tour, visa or Hajj & Umrah booking, they select the agent. The booking then appears in Agent Bookings with the sale, the commission and the commission status.
Set a default commission as a percentage or a fixed amount per booking. A commission set on an individual agent takes priority over the default.
You choose: when the booking is completed or when it is confirmed. Completed is the safer option, because cancelled bookings never enter the available balance.
Commissions & Payouts lists each agent's earned, paid and available commission. Record a payment for any amount up to the available balance and the figures update.
