We rely on the legal bases that apply to each use: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, your consent where it is required, and compliance with the law.
4. Data you store in TravelSuite ERP
Our customers use TravelSuite ERP to store information about their travellers, agents, suppliers and staff, such as passport details for visa or Hajj & Umrah files. This data belongs to the customer, who decides what is collected and how it is used.
For this data we act as a service provider (data processor). We process it only to provide, secure and support the Services and on our customer’s instructions. We do not sell it, use it for our own marketing or share it with other customers.
If you are a traveller or other person whose details are held by one of our customers, please contact that business first. We will help them respond to your request.
