Overview

Supplier management for travel agencies and marketplaces

TravelSuite ERP includes vendor management software for travel agencies and travel marketplaces. Each vendor has a profile with its vendor type, contact details, onboarding status, operation status and rating. Vendor types are reusable categories you define, such as hotel resort or tour operator, so the vendor list matches the partners you actually work with.

Run it as a classic agency or switch on marketplace mode. Marketplace mode keeps admin control, leaves your in-house products available and applies a default commission to vendor-owned bookings, as a percentage or a fixed amount. KYC controls set verification and expiry rules, and new vendors wait in an approval queue before they become active.

Vendors are assigned to services from the original hotel, tour, visa or Hajj & Umrah forms. The vendor services list shows each service with its customer price, estimated commission and estimated vendor payout. When a customer books one of these services, a vendor booking appears automatically with the travel date, booking value, commission, vendor payable and payment status.

Vendor payables are tracked from the shared accounts records, so the vendor payments screen shows the total payable, overdue amounts, payments this month and open payables, each with its due date and balance. The vendor dashboard lists only what needs an admin: pending approvals, contracts and documents expiring soon and open vendor bookings, with ratings and reviews on a leaderboard.

Onboarding and attention

New vendors wait in a queue until they are checked

Each vendor profile carries an onboarding status and a separate operation status. The vendor dashboard lists only the exceptions that need an admin: approvals, expiring contracts and expiring documents.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of vendors can I manage?

Any supplier you work with. Vendor types are reusable categories you define, such as hotel resort, tour operator or transport company.

What is marketplace mode?

Marketplace mode enables vendor marketplace workflows and applies your default commission to vendor-owned bookings. Admins keep control and in-house products remain available. With it off, you work as a classic agency.

How is commission calculated?

You set a default commission as a percentage or a fixed amount. Each vendor service shows the estimated commission and vendor payout, and each vendor booking saves a snapshot of the commission and payable.

How do vendor services get created?

Select a vendor on a hotel, tour, visa or Hajj & Umrah form. The service then appears in the vendor services list with its customer price, estimated commission and payout.

Can I check vendors before they go active?

Yes. KYC controls set verification and expiry rules, each vendor has an onboarding status, and pending vendors appear in an approval queue on the dashboard.

How do I track what I owe vendors?

Each vendor booking creates a payable in the shared accounts records. Vendor Payments lists the payable, booking, expense date, due date, total, paid, due and status.

Can I rate vendor performance?

Yes. Add reviews with ratings, feedback and quality signals. Reviews can be moderated before they are published, and a leaderboard ranks vendors by published ratings and completed services.

What does the vendor dashboard show?

Active vendors, pending onboarding, vendor services, pending payables and network rating, plus only the exceptions that need action: approvals, expiring contracts, expiring documents and open vendor bookings.
