Sales staff
- Book any service from one screen
- Resume unfinished drafts
- See each customer's bookings
- Know what is still due
Run the sales desk of your travel agency from one place. Staff create hotel, tour, visa and Hajj & Umrah bookings through one guided screen, follow every booking's payment and status in a single list, plan the month on a shared calendar and keep every customer record together. Managers see the dashboard and a sales report that shows conversion, channels and top packages.
TravelSuite ERP includes travel sales management software that keeps every booking in one place. Staff start from a guided Create Booking screen, choose hotel, tour, visa or Hajj & Umrah, and see what to prepare before they continue. Customer, schedule, pricing and a final check follow in the same order for every service, and unfinished entries are kept as auto-saved drafts to resume later.
The All Bookings list shows each booking with its service, customer, booked and travel dates, paid amount against the total, status and the staff member managing it. Summary cards count bookings that need attention, upcoming services, confirmed bookings and the total payment due, and filters narrow the list by status or by paid, partial, unpaid and balance-due payments.
The booking calendar puts hotel stays, tour departures, visa dates and pilgrimage groups on one month or agenda view. Each item is marked confirmed, pending or at risk, so the operations team can follow up early. The customer list shows every customer across modules with contact details, assigned staff, last service, number of bookings and the amount still due, with import and export.
For managers, the dashboard shows income, bookings, customers and receivables for the month, booking momentum over six months and workload by booking status. The sales report adds a funnel from enquiry to paid booking, conversion rate, average deal size, sales by channel, a month-on-month comparison and top packages ranked by revenue and margin.
Staff pick the service first. The screen then lists what to prepare and walks through the same four checks, so a hotel stay, a tour, a visa case and a pilgrimage are all entered the same way.
